When will I get my order?
- All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days from our warehouse, subject to payment confirmation, which may vary with unforeseen circumstances. Shipping time will vary as per your city location and the location of our warehouse from which the item is dispatched (Major city: Karachi, Lahore or Islamabad). Same city location is usually delivered within 1 working day. Major city to Major city usually take 2-3 working days while any other city delivery may take up to 4-5 working days.

How much does shipping cost?
- At VAKTRETAIL, we provide FREE Standard delivery to any address within Pakistan. However, do note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, or any address within Pakistan which courier service / logistics partner does not operate in.
